Booking Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms accepted when booking with Cal Talaia.

Tourist dwelling (HUT), registered in the Catalonia Tourism Register under number HUTT-044481.

2. Nature of the Service

CAL TALAIA offers a tourist dwelling (HUT), rented in its entirety, not a hotel establishment.

The booking implies the temporary rental of the entire property under the agreed conditions.

3. Booking Process

The booking is formalized through the website and is confirmed once:

  • The booking form has been completed
  • The corresponding payment has been made (if applicable)
  • Confirmation has been received from CAL TALAIA

CAL TALAIA reserves the right to reject or cancel a booking in the event of technical errors or justified reasons.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices indicated are for the entire accommodation
  • Applicable taxes are included
  • Payment is made according to the conditions specified during the booking process
  • An advance payment may be required to confirm the booking

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
  • Later cancellations may incur a charge of 50% of the total amount
  • In case of no-show, 100% of the booking may be charged

6. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00
  • Check-out: before 11:00

Times may be flexible depending on availability and prior agreement.

7. Property Capacity

The property has a maximum capacity of 8 persons.

This limit may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

8. Rules of Use

Guests agree to:

  • Respect coexistence rules and neighborhood quiet hours
  • Not engage in disturbing, dangerous, or illegal activities
  • Use the facilities appropriately
  • Keep the property in good condition

Failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of the stay without the right to a refund.

9. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

CAL TALAIA shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Service interruptions due to external causes (force majeure, utilities, etc.)

10. Guest Registration

In compliance with applicable regulations, guests must provide the necessary data for mandatory registration with the competent authorities.

Failure to provide this information may result in denial of accommodation.

11. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Acceptance of the Conditions

Making a booking implies full acceptance of these conditions.
